Terms of service

TEF Master is an independent study tool for the TEF Canada exam. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to CCI Paris Île-de-France (which administers the TEF), Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, or any government.

Scores, NCLC levels, readiness and CRS figures shown in TEF Master are estimates to guide your preparation. They are not official results, and we do not guarantee any exam score or immigration outcome. AI feedback can be wrong; use your judgement.

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Do not share, resell or automate access, scrape content, or try to get around daily limits or security.
• Do not submit unlawful or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

• The free plan is offered as is and may change.
• The TEF Master pass costs $39 CAD (plus any applicable tax shown at checkout), paid once through Stripe. It is not a subscription.
• “Lifetime” means for as long as TEF Master is operated, on the account that bought it. The pass cannot be transferred.
• Paid features include daily limits on AI corrections, simulations and tutor messages, shown in the app. We may adjust features and limits to keep the service sustainable, without removing the substance of what the pass offers.

The exercises, texts, audio and software in TEF Master belong to us or our licensors; you may use them for your own preparation only. What you write and record stays yours. You let us store and process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

We work to keep TEF Master available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

You can stop using TEF Master and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without removing any mandatory protection given by the law of the place where you live. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and significant changes are announced by email.
